Rules & Regulations for Branches / Members

To uphold the integrity of our mission and ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all our operations, we follow a set of clearly defined rules and regulations. These guidelines serve as the foundation for our work, helping us maintain the highest standards of professionalism, respect for human rights, and responsibility to the communities we serve.

This section outlines the core principles, operational protocols, and conduct expectations that govern our organization’s activities, including our staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries. By adhering to these rules, we strive to create a safe, inclusive, and effective environment where human dignity is protected, and every action reflects our commitment to justice, equality, and non-discrimination.

1. Members willing to join must have the passion for working for mankind & humanity.
2. Members willing to join must have passed 12th (Min) for being eligible.
3. Documents required for joining:
   1. 12th Pass Marksheet / Certificate
   2. Aadhaar Card / VI Card / Passport
   3. Photograph (02)
   4. Local Police Station declaration for no criminal record, if required.
4. Members joining here after will undergo a small, compact training programme of modus operandi.
5. Members joined should follow and implement works as notified time to time from HO & strictly adhere to Govt. Policies according to Company Act 2013.
6. For any quires of any member, it must be addressed to as per protocol of the administrative procedure and rules and regulations.
7. All branches of district and state shall develop their own team headed by Zonal Head / State Head.
8. Executive Committee has got along with directors all the rights to visit and guide the branches at any point of time with prior information to respective head of district / branch and make changes as and when required for district / branch.
9. All correspondences of all branches will be always three mail.
10. All branches will be guided to build up a WhatsApp group as per own preference for easier work and communication in the group.
11. All members can contact their respective branch / district / zonal heads for any clarification regrading work and solution.
12. No branches shall never ever be involved into treacherous activities like bribery, taking money for solving case, misuse the power of the ID Card, provoke or threat any individual with ID Card or involve in any political or criminal activities. If found any member doing so his / her membership will be immediately terminated and action as per law will be taken the individual and company won’t be responsible in any way with the act.
13. All branches and members must work together and its always suggested not to go in / solve a case alone under any circumstances.
14. All zonal heads and district president should try and train new people joining and help out in all possible ways so as to each the working process.
15. All zonal heads / district president / branch president must visit the local police station and maintain a cordial relation with OC / or other post offices and work and take up work from them and implement the same.
16. All branches are to conduct Camps (Medical, Awareness against Crimes, Crimes against Woman, etc.) on a monthly basis along with the local people, thana.
17. All branches and district will report work on monthly basis to respective heads, three mail / WhatsApp irrespective of works done.
18. All Case Records and details should be kept properly and securely of all branches for any future references.
19. No individual should take any Case without knowing, in that Case must consult with president / zonal head to further take step.
